Zephyr

A zephyr describes a gentle, mild breeze from the west wind. I often find myself in parks,
beaches or on my own balcony at home admiring nature around me while feeling a soothing
breeze. As much as the view and sounds of nature are spectacular, it is the physical feeling
of the zephyr that captivates me.

The way a soft breeze can be still and calm, then move and turn and dance around all
around me is exciting. I get this tingly feeling from when the cool air brushes my skin and
I'm left with goosebumps from its quiet beauty. This piece expresses the stillness, the
shifting, the soft shimmering, and the release of stress and pain when enveloped by the
zephyr.
